On this first contact, we’ll have a brief discussion about your needs and expectations, make sure we have complete and correct contact information and other details, and set a time and place for your initial consultation. You’ll receive an email confirmation of that appointment.
If you’ve contacted us for a special occasion, we’ll work with you to determine the proper attire. If you’re working on your entire wardrobe, we’ll do a wardrobe analysis and create a plan. In either case, we’ll take your own preferences into account and advise you on style and design. This is also when we’ll take more than 25 measurements, to result in a truly custom fit. We can also arrange for the donation of any old wardrobe items if needed.
Your order is now placed into production. Standard production time is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the brands and fabrics you’ve chosen. Priority options are also available.
When we receive your items, we will check to make certain that both the measurements and the styles you’ve chosen are accurate. We’ll then contact you to schedule a fitting.
While trying on your clothing, your clothier will make sure the fit of your clothing is right for you.
If any alterations are needed, we will have them taken care of locally for the fastest possible turnaround.
